we went during rainy season. Hardly any guests. Had breakfast there on last day, otherwise got our food from floating restaurants. Not expecting 5 stars, we are in the jungle! The bunkbeds are ok, room a little too small for 4 people. However, had a great time outside of resort, hiking, trekking, canopy walk. We left and area flooded next few days otherwise we would be stranded too.

Hotel rooms are substandard. No shower curtain. No floor mat for bathroom. Only 2 towels provided, no face towels. No hair-dryer. No bar soap for sink. No safe box. No freezer. No Television. No telephone to call the reception. No umbrella provided to walk to Conference room when it rains. No reception for CELCOM mobile phones. No kettle to boil water for hot drinks. No sachets of coffer or tea in room. Hotel is in a remote location, yet unable buy lunch at the canteen .............had to go and search for a restaurant. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone

The resort doesn’t live up to one of their slogans “cozy, comfortable and clean”. Didn’t find coziness at all. (We wanted to leave this “resort” asap!) Beds weren’t comfortable, room (superior!) didn’t have safe, fridge or any extras. Mattress too firm, pillow too small (and not clean). Room was not cleaned during our stay (2 nights), towels and bedsheets had terrible stains and I caught several cockroaches in the bathroom. However, we were provided with 2 small bottles of water a day and you could ask for extra towels at the reception. I won’t even start about the food, because so many people, so many tastes. There is a mini market where snacks and drinks (even beer) can be bought. Free shuttle service to floating restaurant area. Drivers and girls at reception were very friendly.
