Cameron Highlands Resort

Comfortable bed and generally well appointed and clean room. Staff were attentive and professional. Characterful hotel and the live pianist and happy hour offers at the bar added to the atmosphere. We went for the high tea clique and it was well done. Limitations were absence of black out blinds and traffic noise from road through the night. We tried the guided 2pm walk which was a very sedate wander around the golf course perimeter so not something I’d repeat but the guide was friendly.

The Resort is a perfect gateway for couples. Love the lobby area. Piano music. Great music at breakfast. Great service. Orange Juice - fresh squeeze. Watermelon Juice. No sugar added.

Family retreat to enjoy some quiet and a slower place, in June. 1. Service. Attentive, warm and sincere. Santosh, Hidoy, Kirtan, Sugi and Angi stood out in terms of making more personalised contact and showing initiative. 2. General look and feel of interior. Colonial themed. Some parts of hotel are drab and dated. Lounge area - great place to chill, enjoy a drink and finger food for tea. 3. Accommodation. Signature suite - Well appointed. Spa suite - Small area which could do better with less furniture. Could also hear some ambient vehicular noise. 4. Environs. Near a road with moderate traffic. Some noise. 5. Spa. Friendly and skilled masseuses. Overall, the service, the lounge and spa were strong points.
