I checked in from April 22nd to 24th, 2025 and stayed in Room 213. During my stay, I was attended to by three charming and courteous front desk staff. The location and room rate were reasonable, considering the hotel’s condition and facilities. ________________________________________ Key Card Issue I reported an issue where I was unable to open my room door using the key card. Proposed Solution (from staff): “We’re happy to assist you by opening the door every time.” Note: This solution is not practical and lacks privacy. You may check the CCTV for reference from 22nd April 2025 (6.30pm) to 24th April 2025 (8.45am). ________________________________________ Electricity The power supply in the room kept cutting in and out. I informed the front desk about this issue. Solution: The staff attempted to fix it themselves using their own knowledge. Note: I was concerned for their safety, as it seemed risky for untrained staff to handle electrical problems. ________________________________________ Room Condition The room was under renovation and equipped with a brand-new air-conditioner. During my stay, the hotel was fully booked, and this was the only room available. I sympathize with the pressure placed on the three kind and helpful staff members. However, the toiletries were insufficient — the shower gel was empty and was not refilled even the next day. Additionally, the bathroom sink was cracked and had been glued together, almost like a piece of artwork. ________________________________________ Management Concern It appeared that the person in charge had left the staff to handle all matters on their own, which seemed unfair and unprofessional.

Great stay at Super 8 hotel! It exceed expectation. Convenient location, and exceptional service. The room though basic, was clean. The staff was friendly, and coffee at the lobby were fantastic. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend!

They collect rm 50 deposit on check in. Check out time is 12noon. We came back to our room after breakfast, at 11.10 am , to pack and check out. Guess what ? They already lock us out and made us walk down to reset the key. When we asked why they lock the door when it is NOT yet 12noon. the Indian girl just replied it is automatically set to lock at 11am. WHY ? when check out time is 12noon? To inconvenience your customers? Yet when she saw us walking in she could have just asked for our keys to unlock the door!!!! Terrible service if there was even one. Parking is limited and people just double park or park any how they like. Nightmare parking.
