BEST WESTERN PREMIER THE HAVEN IPOH

Great resort to stay with family. I believe some of the units are for residential purpose but it won't affect your stay. The pool is great, partially kid friendly. The lake view from the pool is wonderful. You will need a ride to reach out a mart or market so I recommend you to buy anything you need before entering the resort. You can also order grab food and receive it from the lobby. As for the staff, thank you Adam, Lily and Raymond for assisting us throughout the stay. Wish you all good. Hope to see you guys soon again.

Very nice hotel with a stunning view. Very friendly hotel crew with super service from waiter Sahabuddin. Food was super, hotel restaurant is superb.

We had a wonderful stay at TUI BLUE The Haven Ipoh. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by stunning natural scenery. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the whole experience was very relaxing. A special thank you to Lily at the front desk, who made our stay even more enjoyable. She was incredibly friendly, professional, patient, and helpful throughout our stay. She always greeted us with a warm smile and was very attentive whenever we needed assistance. Her excellent service truly made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend TUI BLUE The Haven Ipoh to anyone visiting Ipoh.
