terrible hotel, like ghosted. very poor management. check in was super time dragging, they switched me to another room during the stay and was given the wrong room! not worth every penny. we also had breakfast here my god it's so dirty, unhygienic and tasteless. noticed a hair inside food. I was given a compliment gift as a sorry but they are not sincere, they gave me a rotten bag. JUST CLOSE THE HOTEL!!

Terrible hotel like abandoned.. Smelly bathroom from the drainage and you cant breath inside toilet.. Shower head leaking... Hard pillow Paid for breakfast and you don't get buffet breakfast you only get terrible set breakfast which is Malaysian breakfast set nasi lemak and one cold fried chicken where you can buy outside with less ten ringgit i ask them to change the to American set breakfast and they give us only one tomato sauce for entire meal..salad without dressing sauce and you need use that tomato souse tiny roti with one butter and the best part they dont have juice they served you AIR SIRAP hahaha what a joke first time in my life breakfast at hotel and served with AIR SIRAP and while breakfast you will be entertained by some fly on your food i snap pictureas a proof if u require.. BAD Hygiene.. please avoid this hotel even weekends there is no customers.. Poor hotel.. Now I wonder why there is no customers at this SIRAP HOTEL.. Dear miss ding mei looi you should retire..

The management of this place seriously needs to "wake up" to how pathetic this place is being run. Horrible service and everything in this place is either broken or run down despite paying premium for the room, and the worst 2 ladies running the show in the evening of our check in. One is a Malay lady at the reception that just lies about everything and then there is another Indian lady who is arrogant, unhelpful and has zero manners. We arrived late in November and had a sick family member. There is no signs or humans at the entrance area to tell guest where the check in counter is . Once found, service is slow. and was given a key card that didn't work. Here is where it went south. So, instead of changing our room despite the whole block having minimum occupancy, they insisted the key would work but had to call the maintenance guy who was not even at site. Waited for half an hour, with all our bags at the hallway and Indian woman refusing to acknowledge there is a problem. This despite telling them we have a sick family member. The receptionist said she knows this place is rubbish but too bad, they are fully booked. Checked their website and still ample rooms available. The maintenance guys tries and tries but the door doesn't open and STILL, they refused to change our room until we kicked up a big fuss. Magically, they could find another room but guess what? The room door sticks and can't be open or shut without breaking your shoulder so we rejected that room and they were still reluctant to change our room again. Finally, because we were going to lose it, they gave another room which looks like it hasn't been cleaned for weeks but we were too tired at that point to care. See photos of blood-like stains on the desk and holes on the walls. The term resort is used very lightly here. Free breakfast is sick inducing cold food with the only hot item is an egg station. The paddle boat is okay with the guy running it trying his best to make a buck in this lousy place. Couldn't wait to check out. Holes on the walls, stains everywhere, dirty iron board, broken iron and TV that has such poor reception (see photos). Place smelt musty. Yucks! Just don't stay here unless you enjoy paying over $200 for crappy service for a night.
