1. Staffs very friendly. 2. Room are presentable. 3. Facilities, Ok. 4. Toping up of breakfast is quite slow. Have to wait for about 20 minutes to have the food. 5. Saw hotel maintenance staff using the same lift as the one used by hotel quest. Hotel staff need to use service lift. 6. Hotel workmanship should be praise. I left my prayer mate. They kept and return to me.

I usually only write pleasant reviews for businesses I want fellow travellers to enjoy too, however this is the one case where I will write an unpleasant review due to my exceptionally poor experience. This hotel can't process refunds so essentially steals from guests for any bookings on their website. I was promised a refund within a week however it's been over a month and have not received anything. My issue was even escalated to Hotel Management however they made false promises it would be a few days, to a week to 2 weeks. After 3 emails and 3 days going back-and-fourth, I don't understand how a hotel business in 2019 can't simply process a refund for guests when they haven't delivered of the service? Be aware of this hotel and I do not recommend staying here.

I booked the Zen Room from this hotel as i am on a budget travel this time. Even though the room is small, it provided the basic necessities which include iron and ironing board which i am thankful o. The room is clean but would really appreciate it if they could repair the 'broken tiles' as i think it can be dangerous if u are travelling with elderly and young children. Staffs are friendly and attentive. Since it is situated in a mall, it is so convenient to get your meals and do some shopping, If u are hungry in the middle of the night, u can just get a bite from the 7eleven next to the hotel. Nevertheless there is no free parking but u can get a Season pass with RM10/day from the hotel where u can park and move in and out easily with no limits. And the season pass parking connects to the hotel at level 3 which made it quite convenient.
