Located along jalan sembulan, 1 km from the 5 star sutera harbour resort. Average room rm118 to rm158.00,with a simple breakfast , room has all the basic needs......may not be perfect but at rm118.00...

stayed for one night. previous experience is ok, jst old n bit dusty, staying at far end room, level 2. second experience very bad, got bed bug, n toilet smell, like got leaking. not recommended...
