Excellent location at Gaya Street. Staff especially Ros is very helpful. Rooms facing Jalan Dewan are noisy especially during weekend. Cars vrooming till 3+ in the morning. Avoid this if you are light sleeper. Queen room I stayed 203 has shower in bathtub which is not sparkling clean, can be better. I prefer a walk in shower room. Overall, it is a comfortable stay.

We spent 2 nights here during a 3 week Borneo round trip. The rooms were solid but unadorning. The check in at our evening arrival can only be described as chaotic. The breakfast menu is selected the day before and offers little for vegetarians. On the credit side is the central location of the hotel and the overall clean impression. In principle, you can also sleep relatively quietly here despite the location.
