I had such a wonderful experience stay on 24 May 2026 and would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Chee and Mr Heidi for their excellent service. From the beginning, Mr. Chee was very helpful, professional, and attentive in managing my room arrangements. Everything was handled smoothly, and he made sure all my requests were taken care of perfectly, which made my stay so much more comfortable and stress-free. A special thank you as well to Heidi, who did an amazing job with the room decoration. The setup was beautiful& thoughtfully arranged, which made the whole experience feel extra special and memorable. Their dedication and excellent hospitality made a big difference, and I’m very grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend this hotel, especially because of staff members like them who genuinely care about creating a great experience for guests. Thank you again for making everything so lovely!

Good hotel, but first night room was not great. From second night they moved me to suite which looked partially renovated. Breakfast was good overall. Lounge food options were not high quality and needs improvement especially on hot dishes. Drinks also can get some quality improvements. Staff generally fine Location is great, right next to waterfront so many options for wine and dine. Also next to night market

Great location and nice property. The loft suite is stunning. We faced a few issues during our stay however management resolved it. The colour of the water in the shower and tub is an issue though.
