Arung Hayat has cheap and very basic rooms, it's alright for one night if you are just passing through. Staff in nice and they have 5RM shuttle that can take you to Semporna in under 10 minutes...

The rooms are dirty, and did not have any furniture else then the bed. There was a big opening, kind of window, in the bathroom, not nice when you shower (with salty water)! We had a rat in the room...
