360 Urban Resort Hock Lee Centre - Tower B

A state of dirt like I have rarely seen. The torn, yellowed sheets were not changed. Hair and fur everywhere in the bed. The state of the carpet is a disaster. My daughter was barefoot for 5 minutes; her feet were black. Urine everywhere in the toilets, mold ... We decided to change hotels; they agreed to refund us for 3 nights out of the 4 we had booked. We waited 4 hours at the reception to get a decision with our 3 children. Thanks nonetheless to the receptionist who did what he could. This hotel is a disgrace.

No fuzz hotel. Mattress is one of the best thou hotel feels need refurbishment. Worth the money especially big family heading Kuching for holiday. Breakfast is alright, do-able. Facilities are sufficient with ample parking space. Despite the location n quiet venue, it is safe area.

You get what you pay for, and this is never a better place to apply this phrase. It's a run down place, algae on the windows, cockroaches in the corridors and poor house keeping standards. There is almost no hotel guests, save for Government departments holding their training courses here. They do provide a buffet breakfast, but in the 10 days we stayed here, the menu was the same, the food itself is of cheap (and poor) quality. So, if you can afford a few dollars more, I'd urge you to go elsewhere.
