Dont expect much for the price you pay. Over rated by some reviews though. Booked 3 rooms for 6 pax. One of the room full with mosquito, hallway no lights. Request to change room but reception told us no room available. Was just an excuse to refuse our request as during our 2 nights stay there were no other guests. Receptionist most of the time missing. Theres a foreigner during the day, maybe the owner, dont smile and bad service. Claimed wifi available but none

Overall its just a place to sleep not more then that. Location is a bit off. Photo of the restaurant beside the hotel is not exist anymore (KAYA & TOAST RESTAURANT CLOSE DOWN). No WIFI. TV reception is poor. No fridge. Too loud during the night with the nearby karaoke pub. Parking need to buy coupon or you will get fine. Just get a room near the city with so much more to give,

We stayed here about 5 nights, with a break to go to Bako. We really liked this place, as the rooms were clean, spacious, quiet, and had nice showers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we went to Bako after 2 nights, it was no problem to leave are bags for the night. Also, they offer a relatively cheap laundry service. It is just outside the center, about a ten minute walk. We found this actually a big plus: the location has a neighborly feel to it, without tourists, and a lot of local eateries during the day. The only downside was the wifi; it did not work in our room and also in the lobby it was difficult to get a good connection. Over all, I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Kuching!
