Song Service Apartment Former Known As Jinhold Service Apartment

-first time booked and staying in this walk up apartment, -property located at the end of the double story landed property, -the checkin reception counter at Block A next to main entrance/ guard house, -we have allocated at block B the unit no 5 at ground floor, -is an simple and basic apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 toilet with kitchen, -my comment is the unit need cleaning up there a lot of dust on top of TV and fridge. -The toilet a bit smelly due to without mechanical ventilation follow with moldy on the ceiling and wall tiles .

very convenient location. Walking distance to all the restaurants, malls and goods. Good rooms with spacious apartment facilities. Can cook and eat if you want to. Provided fridge, cooking vessels and an electric cooker.

My family went for a vacation last Christmas and stayed at the apartment for 6 days stay. Upon arrival the two bedroom apartment was dusty, floor dirty and lizard dropping was on the corner of the room and on the fridge top. The fridge has mould. The toilet was quite dirty you can see moulds on the bottom of the wash basin and walls of the bathroom. My daughter was bitten by bed bugs and her face and eyes was swollen. Bedsheet was dusty and has yellowish stan on it. The house keeping did clean the room every morning to change the bath towels but we dont't dare to use it cause it was very smelly even thou they put new towels everday. Housekeeping did not even wipe the lizard droppings on top of the fridge.Overall our stay was a bit disappointing and maybe we would not booked our stay again there. The front office was quite rude when my daughter reminded them to do the housekeeping in our room when they did not do the housekeeping one morning. We used to stay at the apartment few years back when on vacation but at that time the rooms are bit okay but our stay last chrismtmas was very dissapointing. Maybe the management could do some reburishment to the apartment as they are quite old and most paint are faded already. Overall I would not recommend my family members and friends to stay there not be impolite and fussy. TQ
