Holiday Villa Subang

I booked from hotel summer 2021 but Covid-19’s conditions , Malaysia borders closed i requested refund, already started scenario from hotel staff asking many informations account bank spending long time after hotel staff answered we can’t transfer money without fixe the problem, i provided another account bank also same scenario after playing to answer long time 6 months now not answered my emails clear hotel not have solution to refund??? Not call phone i called phone but hotel staff not answer passenger suffering

We booked this hotel at last minutes before our trip to Terengganu as we need to catch up early morning flight. They upgrade us to suite room. very spacious with a pantry, make up table where i can work, living area with tv. and a very large window/grass wall at the corner of the room. unfortunately, we arrived at night and leaving early morning, hence cannot enjoy the view. but the rate is so reasonable, so we didnt have much complaint. heard that they have olympic size pool. perhaps, another staycation at this hotel to enjoy my swimming session.

stay on 16/9 - 18/9/20 Stay was good at first called before come and ask few question but when arrived something else was told.We have confirmed our late cout at 2pm with ms thana but later the guy on night shift told us it is not available to hv late cout and then rqst to extend but they said hotel fully book.Too tired to argue we just went to our room. Rqst far from lift instead give the room beside the lift. Taking bath after long day but the holder at the bath tub went off and there are trash inside the cabinet. No floor mat at all. Safety box not function. Dont want to spoiled mood we just closed our eyes and Try to look on Agoda to extend atay and there is still room available and to my surprise i went to their website there are still room available as well. We manage to extend our stay but were queationed why we did not extend our stay through reception n i just told her all the story as above. As we went to the pool there was an argument between the staff n gst about the pool cleanliness as the water condition was different between every pool. As we did not want room to be make up at night i requested for extra mineral water n they only manage to give 1 bottle. They charge for the mineral water even though u stayover may be. We tried to support tourism industry n hotel industry but you guys need to do your part also to maintain your hotel.You have a beautiful hotel and emvironment do not waste it...I love to be here n we plan to stay here if we come again hope you can do some improvement when we come again.
