Good services and everything is good!

Our recent stay at Sunway Pyramid Hotel was particularly meaningful because of the exceptional service recovery provided by the hotel. Three years ago, we had a stay that unfortunately did not go as pleasantly as we had hoped. However, the hotel took steps to address the situation and offered us a service recovery. What truly impressed us was that three years later, they still honoured their commitment by upgrading us to a Family Room during our recent stay. We would especially like to thank Assistant Front Desk Manager Suwana Danker, who was involved in handling the service recovery from our previous stay. Our sincere appreciation also goes to Citra from the Front Desk and Manager Edmar for their excellent assistance, professionalism and warm hospitality. The fact that the team honoured a commitment made three years ago speaks volumes about their dedication to guest satisfaction and service. While our previous experience may not have been the best, this recent stay has certainly restored our confidence and left us with a much more positive impression of the hotel. Thank you, Suwana, Citra, Edmar and the team at Sunway Pyramid Hotel for going the extra mile. We truly appreciate the effort and look forward to staying with you again!
