Grand Continental Kuala Terengganu

We werent not given a warm welcome at all from the front deak. No smile at all from the front desk. In fact the bellboy and the security guard serve us better. Ustand we arrived early. But then can give us option that they can process the check in n once room available we can collect the key but given a straight answer NO...(fullstop) The room was not clean. The pillow case smell of someone hair. The sink is half choked. Toilet partially clean. The room is not probably cleaned. Dont want to elaborate more. Coz it was so heartbreaking. Breakfast 🙄😒 The eggs taste weird. The noodle was like rubber band. The curry puff tastes weird. We didnt finish our foods. The hotel management need to improve alot.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in Kuala Terengganu. Need to pay extra RM50 for additional room key to ensure I can keep my aircond on. Was given torn towel. Bath tub was mouldy and the carpet was oily and black. My room was not clean on my second day of stay and the thrash was not thrown away. Room key need to be activated frequently due to it’s obsolete system
