Bubu Long Beach Resort

I would love to give a five star review but we visited the beach with big 🌊 waves in January - off season and it was abandoned as after some apocalypse.. trash and plastic battles everywhere. Monsun and heavy rains brought all the nasty staff the sea can bring. You could see the beach alive in front of you ( imaginary) in the middle of the season when everything is clean and everybody is happy. Little balls of oil were all over the beach. The personnel of the Marriott spa resort we were staying at explained that all of them will attack the trash very soon and will prepare it for visitors very soon as every year they do the same.

I have to be fair for this review...i went with 15 other for company trip. - room & toilet is nice and clean, i stayed in a 2 queen bed rooms. - location is really bad, you have to pay for transport if u want them to help to carry your luggage or transfer your luggage to the hotel. what a stupid service. - location of the place is up the hill, about 30 deg climbing the hill, no old ppl will come here. if u have kids, make sure they can walk, or else... - there is a construction facing the sea, so all the room will be facing the construction side. no sea view. - food worse ever!!! no buffet. only 1 plate each, and also had a BBQ worse ever 1 chicken each, 1 squid each, WTH!!! same goes for bfast, a plate of noodles each. however only once the lunch was good, a few dishes, but if i can give minus rating i would. - normaly all the hotel or chalet i go, they prepare 24 hours hot water, or biscuts or tea at the pantry or common area, even the al-cheapo hotel also do this. but not here, nothing is here. they go give u thermos with hot water in it. thats it. - we wanted to go for fishing, and ask if they can cook for us. WTH, they answer they dont cook and wont cook. hahahahaha so, no fishing for us, no fresh fish.. so, my verdict, well, i will not come here again.

Electricity is a major issue. Many times during daytime & night, no electricity. Complained many times but to no avail. Stayed 2 nights and ended up with rashes & bites all over. Bedding with dustmites or bedbugs. NO kettle provided but was given a thermos with lukewarm water. Making coffee is an effort. Resort located on a hill and the access path is gravel/sand with no proper lighting. Definite NO NO for elderly folks or young kids. I do not mind climbing up to resort but expect path to be walkable in a safe manner.
