We chose The Taaras for our 10th wedding anniversary family getaway, and it was a truly memorable experience! The location is stunning, featuring a private and pristine powdery sand beachfront. Our room was spacious and comfortably accommodated my wife, our 5-year-old daughter, and myself. We loved the breathtaking views of the bay at both sunrise and sunset. A big kudos to the entire service team, especially F&B and the activities crew, for making our stay and milestone celebration so special. Our daughter absolutely loved visiting the turtle sanctuary. Although she was initially scared of open waters and snorkeling, the boat crew was incredibly patient, supportive, and gentle in reassuring her. The resort is peaceful and quiet in the evenings—perfect for families looking to relax and unwind. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our 10th anniversary, and we can’t wait to return!

We just returned from a memorable trip to Redang Island, where we stayed at The Taaras Beach & Spa Resort. From the reception and restaurant staff to housekeeping and the activities team (snorkeling, sea turtle encounters, etc.), everyone was incredibly courteous and welcoming. The resort is situated in one of the most scenic locales I have ever seen. The warm, attentive service made us feel right at home and left us wanting to return again and again. Highlights like releasing baby turtles, watching the fire dance, enjoying a complimentary candlelit dinner, and relaxing at the spa made our stay deeply engaging and entertaining. A special thanks to Hamdan Rajab for seamlessly coordinating our stay and activities, Saiful for ensuring an amazing dining experience, and Dean for guiding us on our snorkeling tour. To all the other staff members who were always smiling and ready to help—thank you! We already miss this paradise and can't wait to come back.
