Veranda Grand Baie

The location was perfect. Just a 5 minute walk to the center where all the bars and restaurants are. The room was really nice and comfortable. There was a relaxed atmosphere in the hotel. Beautifull different bars. It's cosy and not collosal. It is very clean en all the staff and personal where really helpfull and nice. The check if you want something but there are not overwelming. There is no noise only the birds when they wake up.

It was the first holiday with my family in a long time. The staff really tried everything to make it as perfect as it can be. Even when I had a bee sting, the staff at the reception took care of me. And asked me how I was a few days later. I will miss this place! Very clean beach, restaurant and pool! Food was also really tasty :)

He takes the time to ensure that everything goes perfectly, and his involvement is felt throughout the organization of the hotel. It quickly becomes clear that he leads a united and dedicated team, where every detail matters. He is the kind of manager who inspires confidence and contributes greatly to the quality of the stay. But if there is one person I particularly wish to highlight, it is Aurore. Aurore is an absolutely exceptional employee. From the very first moments, she welcomes us with a sincere smile, natural kindness, and a positive energy that immediately puts us at ease. She possesses that rare talent of making every client feel important. You can tell that her smile is genuine, that her attention is authentic, and that she truly loves taking care of the people she welcomes. Throughout the stay, Aurore demonstrated exemplary professionalism. Always available, always attentive, always ready to answer questions or find a solution calmly and efficiently. No matter the request, she responds with patience, respect, and good humor. These are qualities that are not learned solely in training; they also come from the heart. What particularly struck me was her attention to detail. She anticipates the needs of clients even before they need to express them. She takes the time to exchange a few words, to ensure that everything is going well, and to check that we are not lacking anything. These small attentions may seem simple, but they make all the difference and transform a good stay into an unforgettable one. Aurore perfectly embodies the values expected from a quality establishment: respect, attentiveness, availability, kindness, and excellence in service. Employees like her are valuable and deserve to be recognized. She alone contributes to creating a desire to return again and again. I also want to thank the entire hotel team. Everyone contributes to creating a friendly, relaxed, and pleasant atmosphere. There is an excellent cohesion among the different staff members, and this is reflected in the quality of the service provided. I was also very touched by the thoughtful attentions prepared in the room. These little surprises show that nothing is left to chance and that each client is treated with care. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and perfectly maintained. The common areas are welcoming and pleasant, and one feels that everything is designed to allow guests to relax in the best conditions.
