My time in Cabo was filled with unforgettable moments, but it was also met with an unexpected challenge that could have easily overshadowed the entire experience. Instead, because of the extraordinary hearts of the people at this resort, it became a powerful reminder that love, kindness, and humanity still exist. I truly believe that God places people exactly where they are needed, and during one of my most vulnerable moments, He placed Trinidad, Kevin, and Montserrat in my path. You didn’t see me as just another guest or another room number. You saw a human being. You made sure I was safe. You made sure I was heard. You made sure I never felt alone. You checked in with genuine concern, offered comfort without hesitation, and carried yourselves with a level of compassion that cannot be taught. It comes from the heart. Your kindness became a source of peace when I needed it most. To the leadership of this incredible resort, thank you for creating a culture where your guests are genuinely cared for. An overall amazing experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable and had everything you could need. The pools are perfect for lounging, the swim up bar was fun and the poolside service was amazing. Service was top notch, we had Trinidad as our handler and he was detail oriented and well planned. We traveled with a group of 12 but it was seemless.

First time staying in Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos. The staff members in the hotel is welcoming and friendly. Our room was clean when we walked in. Enough restaurants inside the hotel to choose from. Restaurant recommendation: Farina e Olio. For Buffet, La Plaza. We found ourselves in the infinite pool area more than the main pool and adult-only pool, just because the pool had a poolside bar (Bar Azul) and an amazing beach view to look at. (Side note: Adult-only pool if you want to relax without the noise, unless it has a activity going on). At the pool level, The El Catrin's Baja Fish Tacos, in my opinion, are amazing! Entertainment was enjoyable for family friendly vibe. For us as adults, I enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos and great recommendation for family and adults.
