FAIRFIELD INN LOS CABOS

I have never before stayed at more poorly maintained Marriott property. The stay at this hotel was a nightmare. The shower was broken and leaking water all over the bathroom the moment I turned it on. The bathroom sink was completely clogged. The A/C was so noisy and slow, it took almost 4 hours to cool the room to under 28 degrees celsius. The bedsheets and towels had holes in them. They were so nasty that I had to buy my own towels the day I checked-in. The breakfast was so horrible that I could not eat anything other than bread, and that too went out of stock on the second day. The coffee sucked. The worst thing was the lack of a water filling station. No way to drink water at a Marriott property other than pay for it. No ice vending machine. And the policy was to provide only one 500ml of water per person per day. I get that you want to make money, but not providing a water bottle filling station or providing clean drinking water is just criminal. Will never stay at this hotel again or recommend to anyone traveling to Cabo.

Horrible experience the A/C doesn’t work and the rooms are so hot and when you ask the manager they just say it gets fresher at night a lot of people were complaining about the a/c

I had an issue with a third party booking agency and Rosa the manager was pro-active in attempting to resolve the issue. A true star in customer service. 👏👏👏
