We can’t say enough wonderful things about Jorge, Juan, and Yazmine at the pool! They truly made one of our vacation days unforgettable.
Even when the resort experienced a power outage for nearly three hours, they never stopped smiling or taking care of their guests. They worked incredibly hard under difficult circumstances, constantly checking on us, making sure our drinks stayed full, our food orders were taken care of, and that everyone around the pool felt welcome and cared for.
What impressed us most wasn’t just their outstanding service—it was their attitude. Despite the challenges, they remained friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure everyone still had an amazing experience. Their teamwork and dedication turned what could have been a frustrating afternoon into one of the highlights of our trip.
