Terrible customer service and policies. They don’t stock the room with water or drinks. Upon checking in, my front desk person walked away from checking us in to check out 2 other people - while checking us in… lol! Never have I seen that! The room is not stocked with water, sodas, or beer. You can’t drink the faucet water… so every time you need water, you have to call room service and are limited to 2 waters and 2 beers per person. Sure… okay… but minimum delivery of room service delivery was 30 minutes and you are not allowed to leave your room before delivery. We actually had one delivery take 80 minutes… bar lines at the pool were also very long! The employees seem very unhappy and not at all focused on customer service. The food was okay, and actually better than I remeber it being 10 years before. It was decent. Not amazing, just good. It was impossible to get chairs at the pool after 9 in the morning- all chairs were reserved with towels by then. I asked staff to help find us a chair and/or set us up with another chair, and the request was just shrugged off… no more chairs, I guess? So many other little issues.. just not a great property.

If I could give this place Zero stars I would. Everything about it is bad. Cockroaches in the room. Checkin in with beds that weren’t made. Sand all over the floor. Security staff at pool are rude and not helpful. You can never order room service. App always says try later. The list goes on. By far the worst hotel I’ve been To. I’ve had experiences at motel 6.

The customer service has definitely declined since our last stay. Rooms and the resort are outdated and there needs to be a revamp. The food is still great, however they have implemented a new policy in terms of paying for a reservation at the "high end" restaurant. i feel this limits the experience of an all inclusive that we experience our last stay. All in all I was not impressed at all on our last stay.
