Seven Crown Los Cabos

The worst experience, deteriorated rooms, the bathroom in poor condition, I was there to rest, I removed the sheets and was horrified to find bedbugs. I immediately thought about leaving the hotel, as I could not stay there any longer. I asked for my refund, and the receptionist told me a resounding NO, that due to company policy, she could not process it, and that I could change rooms, which I obviously did not want to do because once I found the bedbug, my integrity was at risk. They practically washed their hands of it; I had only been in the hotel for 1 hour, and they did not return my money. It is a total shame, but I truly hope something is done about it or at least my honest comment serves as a warning before wanting to stay here. I was able to record how the bedbug was crawling on the bed, but it only allows me to upload photos. I always look for good reviews that are real; this is one of them.

For the money, it wasn’t bad. It could be a lot cleaner. The location is perfect. The people are nice but definitely need to be cleaner.

This was the most disgustingly shocking hotel. I think I’ve ever stayed at. I managed to stay in the room all but one hour before I walked out and booked a completely different hotel because it was so disgusting. The mattress was at least 20 years old and it was torn and there wasn’t even a sheet that covered the entire mattress so it was exposed and absolutely disgusting and my skin was itching. The pictures online are extremely misleading. It basically looks like I walked into a jail cell. The windows are not sufficient and it sounded like the window was open. It was so noisy so if you want to get some sleep, definitely don’t stay there and I had to go and buy shampoo and conditioner as there was none in the room. Thank God I moved to a better hotel this hotel should learn how to do better.
