The best landmark hotel in Ensenada. Whether it’s a work visit or a vacation in the beautiful port of Ensenada. The Hotel is remodeled, so it has excellent facilities and rooms, the beds and pillows in excellent condition. The restaurant with very good dishes and very good service.

Wonderful Experience! Very clean hotel very friendly staff in all areas and breakfast! Exquisite, it is certainly a super recommended place that I will really return to enjoy again. Hotel Corona 10/10 Try Corona wines are worth a lot!

They have poor administration, people who are lazy, they are not concerned about the damage they cause to their guests. We arrived at the hotel around 11 am and they assigned us rooms an hour later. From that time until 3:30 in the afternoon I could not rest in the room because there was a lot of noise. I traveled from Mexico City on the 6 in the morning flight to Tijuana, I was awake for that flight from 3 in the morning and I was very tired. They assign me rooms 406, extremely noisy, and then charge you an extra cost to change rooms. At reception they are people without tact, without experience and also rude. Since I had already used the bathroom, they couldn't change my room. I guess it's because they want to charge me some additional charge. I do not recommend this hotel for anything in the world. They wanted to charge me for two more nights in the hotel if I left this dump, they are pathetic. Oh, and they make you go down to the reception to change rooms as if the mistake was the guest's, when it is the hotel that has terrible, very noisy rooms by the way. The person who helped me told me that if I wanted to change rooms, I should come down or leave. Without further respect. Of course I demanded a comfortable room for what I was paying, I mentioned that I would complain to Booking and his attitude was that he didn't care. They are a disaster!!!! I hope I never have to stay with you again.
