Reserved a room to meet a friend celebrating her birthday. Had reserved a suite with balcony. Checked into a first floor dark dingy room so got reasigned a floor up to a room that lamps didnt work...

The rooms are outdated and dark. The worst part was the towels, 2 super thing towels and no bath mat or hand towels. The shower was ok although all the hotel need a bit of work to make it look nicer...
