Beautiful location and hotel grounds. Staff was friendly. The location is absolutely perfect. I will definitely be back. Only three minor comments: 1. There were a lot of mosquitoes by the outdoor restaurant. Maybe some citronella or fans would help 2. No coffee in the room after the 1st day. If this is considered a 5 star hotel, coffee should be included. 3. The chairs in the balcony were dirty.

Great place to take a break and relax, I would like to mention Javier and Carlos who ensured our stay was more pleasant. The golf course is in good condition for playing, and the hotel's activities like kayaking and paddleboarding are a good option to visit a small reef near the hotel's beach.

We stayed here during the low season and had a pleasant overall experience, but it wasn't quite what we expected based on the photos and resort branding. The biggest highlight is the property itself. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, well maintained, and have a true resort feel. The beach is peaceful and secluded, and we enjoyed spotting fish in the clear water right from shore. The pool area is also very nice, and the swim-up bar was a fun touch. We also appreciated the complimentary kayak rental, which was a nice perk. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient to the airport—about a 15-minute drive. The town of Loreto is also only about 15 minutes away by car. One pleasant surprise was the restaurant by the pool. During our stay, it was the only restaurant open on-site, but the food was very good and reasonably priced. However, guests should be aware that dining options are limited, especially during the off-season, and there are not many restaurants within walking distance. Where the property fell short for us was in the amenities and overall service. While the grounds feel upscale, some of the details did not match a resort-level experience. The bath towels were noticeably worn, frayed, and in need of replacement. Basic amenities were minimal, and we found ourselves expecting a higher level of comfort and attention to detail. The pool was cleaned in the mornings, but by the afternoon there were often bugs and wasps floating in the water. We also found some of the procedures, such as checking out and returning pool towels with signed slips, to be a bit inconvenient compared to what we've experienced at other resorts. Overall, this property has a lot going for it: beautiful grounds, a lovely beach, a nice pool area, and good food. Just know that it feels more like a hotel with resort-style surroundings than a full-service luxury resort. If your expectations are set accordingly, it can be a very enjoyable place to stay.
