Filthy! Blood stains (twice) and hair in the bed (they say that the room is sanitized with hospital grade chemicals Employees tell you that they throw away stained bed sheets but it’s a lie… Rooms with terrible smell If you have a problem and need to contact someone don’t bother in the WhatsApp the provide… they ask if they can help, after you state the issue… they send you to the “next window”…. you can get faster and better service in a government office…. Manager never showed up or called about the problems I reported

Stay here each time I visit Mexicali. Service, staff, check in, rooms, parking are all great. I like that they have coffee available at all times. Breakfast is good, only recommendation is that they check on food availability. I went at about 10am and pretty much empty on cold and hot food.

Great service always stay there when I go visit family I love the breakfast just that they should have more option but beside that it makes our stay comfortable and easy for us,also great staff and very helpful
