Horrible. Motel experience. Check-in as if they were doing you a favor, bellboys talking among themselves and in their own world. Rooms I can live with outdated but I can not live with the absence to detail. Dirty carpet, curtains are dirty, phone did not work, hair in bathroom and sink. It seems the front desk had already given my room but someone did not like it since the bed had a siluete of someone who had sat down before me. Seems nobody manages this property or cares... very sad.. When I went downstairs to express myself regarding my discomfort I was rejected. Nobody to care for guests and it is not the front desk problem it is whoever manages them that clearly do not care and is not there. ABSENCE OF LEADERSHIP SINKS A SHIP. Good luck.

Grand Hotel Tijuana Tijuana Super Hotel 1050778162 This hotel however is great. We love it, have stayed before and if we can get over the darn border we will go again. We miss it. The hotel is large, in a good area and the rooms are nice. They have great room service and we love their eatery. There are nice places to walk nearby or you can grab a cab. The staff is super nice and does speak English. Our room was ready on time and it was clean and comfortable. They have everything you need there and they are very nice.
