Santa Fe Los Cabos by Villa Group

Came home w bed bug infestation which ER Dr's deemed very severe. Stack of new mattresses outside so they were very aware, and put guests in harms way. Not a "Villa Group" property. Never answer...

The room and view was amazing. The pillows were fluffy and the staff made sure everyone was welcoming. It's a family-friendly hotel but the kids were no problem. Make sure you have comfortable shoes...

The water didn’t work. The AC was stuck on and there were no blankets. Beds were not comfortable. The pics on their website must have been from when the place was new. I do not recommend staying here.
