After checking in, in the early morning I found bed bugs. The most serious thing was not only that, but the way the hotel handled the situation: zero empathy, they just offered a change of room and when asking to speak to a manager they told me that “if I wanted to speak
With someone at the moment there was only the receptionist in charge and the Manager arrived until the next day at 3pm.”
As a hotel professional, I know the cleaning, fumigation and inspection protocols, and what I have experienced is unacceptable being below any minimum standard of hygiene and service.
What was supposed to be a quiet stay ended up being an unpleasant experience forcing me to change hotels. I do not recommend staying here!
