The internet is TERRIBLE, it would connect for 10 mins and disconnect constantly, or sometimes the computer wouldn't even manage to connect; the cell signal was blocked almost the entire time until I left the room and managed to get a signal. I stayed for three nights and they only replaced the water bottle once, and to top it all off, the food is awful and limited!!

The hotel is in a very nice colonial building. The room was small and the bathroom too. Customer service is excellent, as is the restaurant's food. The location is very good, but don't go on weekends, as 59th Street has bars and restaurants open until dawn and it's almost impossible to sleep. Next to the hotel there is a Frappisimo cafeteria, which I recommend 100%.

Nice establishment in the center of Campeche. Pleasant patio for breakfast. Unfortunately, unknown soundproofing, and if you face the street, do not forget your earplugs. As for hot water, like many hotels we have used in Mexico, it is on holiday!
