I give it one star because of how bad it is; from the outside you can tell it looks like an abandoned place; in room 309 the sink water leaked into the room, the internet was very slow, everything is made of wood and the beds made a squeaking noise, I didn't like it

This hotel should be closet. It is a big scam, looks like abandoned. Really I will post the pictures, swimming pool area no chair, pool is dirty, everything and everywhere you look around loos broke or dirty, so old. Old tv, doesn’t work, glasses with ocean view so dirty that you think it a foggy day. We complaint about the pool area and the front desk said if you want to go to the pool we ask someone to put a chair there. I will talk to someone on Expedia site, this hotel shouldn’t be listed.

An accident happened with a silver and amber bracelet that says Isa's name. He stayed in the hotel, room 333, and when we returned for him he was no longer there and the agreed time had not yet expired, which was 11 and it was still 10:30. It shows us a great lack of respect for its inhabitants…very bad experience
