This was my 2nd trip here, the last was in 2018. They have added a 2nd pool and a lovely spa. The Mango Restaurant continues to be delicious, affordable and with excellent service. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. What makes this place TRULY special is the natural environment and tropical landscaping. On our first day, we saw howler monkeys and 3 red macaws! The jungle is exploding with life. Some trees have so many plants, flowers and vines growing that you can't even see the trunk! It is a nature lover's paradise and is worth every peso. It is the only place I will stay in Palenque!! Keep up the great work and change nothing. Thank you team La Aldea!!
