Our second stay was also very nice. The colonial style and the hotel's details are super beautiful. The service was very nice and the facilities were very good. The rooms were super beautiful and impeccable.

It is what I would expect from a hotel of this type; as accommodation, it is perfect in my opinion, it is close to a very beautiful and lively part of the city, so that is good. The living room is very comfortable and nice, so spending time sitting in an armchair feels relaxing. There is drinking water for guests in the living room and several tables in case you need them. They have several rooms, each one is different from the other, so that is a point to consider when checking in if you require something special. There is a spa area, I believe, although I did not try it, so I cannot comment. The staff is very kind and willing to resolve any administrative issues or any questions. The most positive aspect is the rooms, SPECIFICALLY room 1, which is where I stayed. It has the best signal for watching cable TV or YouTube, Netflix, etc., although I only tried the last two services. The bathroom water has excellent pressure and provides hot and cold water as you like. My personal recommendation is to open both taps quite a bit to get warm water and then adjust to the appropriate pressure; otherwise, you get stuck in a loop of freezing-boiling water, but it is very refreshing. The care products seem good to me, the rooms are comfortable and provide extra sheets and pillows if necessary. When you sleep, pull back the first sheet of the bed, as underneath is a very comfortable sheet against the skin. The stay and coexistence is pleasant Now the negative points There is nothing to do in the hotel, coming from experiences like hotels in Cancun, as this is not at all the same, but it also SHOULD not be, it is a place to stay and it fulfills that function very well. There is no restaurant, only an area to eat, but they do not sell food there. The outlets are a bit stiff outside the rooms, but that is more of a personal issue. The cable TV service is not very good; some channels come in well and others do not, and the internet does not reach the rooms farthest from the reception very well either. That is all
