We have stayed occasionally when visiting San Cristóbal de Las Casas. The staff's attention and the service in the rooms and restaurant is excellent. Something that requires attention is the soundproofing between the sealed doors that interconnect with adjoining rooms, since noises sometimes filter through. Excluding this, the family stay has been very pleasant.

Super dirty carpet and blood-stained blankets and hair on the bed. We did not like the stay because of the hygiene in the room. In the restaurant everything was fine.

Room with a very strong musty smell (shower curtain), poor cleanliness in the dining area. Coffee maker in the room without accessories to make coffee, yes to cups, yes to water, yes to coffee, but no accessories for the mini coffee maker.
