Holiday Inn Express Tapachula

I stayed at this hotel upon my arrival in Tapachula in 2009. It was a newly built hotel and despite not having the cache of its big brothers Volar Inn, Crowne Plaza or Intercontinental, it was a comfortable hotel, with a good breakfast included and very well located next to the best shopping center in the city. I've been to other hotels in the area but whenever I can I've come back, there's no comparison. Last year I stayed again during the renovation period, it was not as comfortable as ever but the staff managed to make me feel at home (a house in the works). Today I am staying again after the remodel and... what a wait! They have a new hotel, not only with fresh airs but with very good taste and lots of class. The design is modern, diaphanous, with large spaces and very functional. They have included a refreshment area, expanded the restaurant and its menu and included Room Service. The pool area is completely renovated, beautiful, with beds and hammocks in the water. The rooms are completely renovated with new furniture and large smart TVs and the Junior Suite outside is a real show, with a fully equipped lounge with sink, fridge and microwave oven.. and the bedroom has gained space, the bathrooms and showers are new and very functional, and the crown jack is.... a balcony with a luxury bathtub, a sofa and views of the pool area.. It's anyone's dream room. I can say without fear of mistake that this hotel makes differences not only with the others in its city but with all those in its category. Holiday Inn Express Tapachula is not a four-star hotel, it is five and a half stars. Everything is staff with their manager Kandy Reyes at the head make your stay a wonderful experience. My favorite hotel, without a doubt.

Clean, very good service. The reception and the stay quite good, close to shopping plaza, the morning firm is quite good and with food from the region, which makes it more exquisite.

Excellent facilities, very comfortable beds and pillows, breakfast included a thousand times better than that of a city, one of the best hotels in Tapachula, one of the drawbacks is that I have not found a base rate, their costs vary greatly and sometimes yes. they rise too high.
