Holiday Inn Express Saltillo Zona Aeropuerto

This hotel is increasingly run down, I stayed here 6 months ago and already had one of the 2 elevators under repair, today it is still under repair. The floor mats in the corridors are dirty and in very bad condition, the floor of the only elevator in operation is dirty and broken, again we were assigned a room with a smell of damp, from my previous experience 6 months ago, apparently all the rooms smell the same, the air conditioning of the room is considerably noisy, the bedspread was somewhat dirty, in the bathroom there is no paper holder. It's a pity hotel conditions, it doesn't represent the brand.

Dirty hotel and poor care. Poor service and poor facilities. Plus expensive. I almost don’t post comments but it’s really not fair to receive this kind of service. I'll never stay there again.

The room had a penetrating smell of drainage, the rooms are locked at a certain time nor with the key card you can enter, they STOLE an Apple Watch and their AirPods from one of our friends just one day before our departure, on the weekend there is no one to file a complaint with because there is only the receptionist since there is also no manager on duty (for the weekend) no one was responsible, there is no intention to attend to problems or thefts that arise, everything is an email and nothing else! And as an extra comment the stairs had to be used more than once because it takes a long time for the elevator
