City Express Manzanillo

GROSSLY OVER PRICED. We were there during New Years weekend and we expected the rates to be higher but they charged us $4,670 pesos ($275 USD) per night. Room had several issues (see photos). I would not star there again.

I mistakenly made a reservation for two nights when I meant to do it for only one. In the minute I made it I called to try to change it and they refused taking advantage of my mistake. Hugo Ramírez (front desk) is a closed minded guy with no service or treatment to work in a front client service.

I stayed on the top floor and got a great view of the ocean. Room was clean and nice. The people at the desk were friendly and nice and did their best to understand my bad Spanish when there was not an English speaker around. Breakfast of scrambled eggs and slices of ham was great! Close to everything that you could need.
