For what you most want do not stay in this hotel, very deteriorated, the doors did not close, it needs a lot of maintenance and attention for lack of all the staff, many cobwebs, dirty and beds not to speak, the broken furniture, the very old refrigerator, the dirty pool, water leaks in the sinks, the corridors full of trash... Please don't fall into this mess 🙏🏽

The truth is unpleasant, the food has a good presentation but it tastes very bad, it has no flavor It lacks maintenance, there were room errors, the water was constantly running out, there is no good cleaning, there was too much dust and even small spiders.

I felt uneasy when the property looked deserted upon arrival at a time when other hotels were hopping just before Christmas. Upon check in, we were informed that the restaurant was closed for repairs. Hmmm, breakfast was included in our room price. As soon as the door was opened to the room, there was a pervasive mildew door, along with another unidentifiable smell. The fridge was unplugged, not ready for use. Again, a feature we paid for. The whole suite felt damp, water shut off in showers, damp floors due to water leaks, only one questionably clean towel in one bathroom, none in the other. No soap. Dirty sheets. Visible mold on woodwork. Definitely an unhealthy enviornment so we were unable to stay in the room. The property in general is run down. Another room was offered, but the desk clerk informed us it would be similar. We’d prepaid on Booking.com. Booking.com is no longer featuring this hotel. Still awaiting a refund.
