COURTYARD LEON AT THE POLIFORUM

Good hotel, good rest, nice rooms and well located. The breakfast is bad, the service in the dining room is bad. I ordered Mexican eggs and they arrived late and cold. There was no full dining room, so you cannot expect to have a good meal there. Other than this, the hotel is good

They don't clean the rooms, you lousy cleaner. We weren’t all day, we arrived at 9 pm and they never cleaned the room, I called to report it and they just said sorry but nothing if you like we fixed it. There is no desire to return. 🤮

This hotel committed an act of discrimination and charged us additional to the cost we paid for the room (quite high for what the hotel is) $250.00 for "Service Dog Cleaning Cost" in violation of Article 58 of the Federal Law on Protection of Consumer Rights, all documents proving the Service Dog were shown and they did not care, we will file a complaint in the corporate and in PROFECO their pool is ICE!! We couldn’t get in, the high-handed and untrained staff to receive people with different abilities.
