Gorgeous boutique hotel in the center of town. We loved the room and the picture postcard setting. Parque Benito Juarez is a 2 minute walk, while rhe central church is a 5 minute walk. Would highly recommend.

While this hotel has a beautiful lobby, there are better places to stay with nicer rooms and service. Be aware that there is no elevator in the hotel. There is a huge difference in the quality of the rooms where the bottom rooms are dark and dingy. My room was up a steep set of stairs. Also note that the rates of the hotel fluctuate greatly. My main disappointment with the hotel is the service. I agreed to pay extra for 7 breakfasts and was only given 5. In one case the chef never showed up so they closed the kitchen completely. In another case, the kitchen didn't open until after I had to leave for the airport. The front desk manager, Pamela assured me that I would be credited the difference when I started writing to the hotel in September to report that the credit had never been applied. I've written to the hotel 6 times, (it is now November 22) as I stayed at the hotel in September and have yet to receive my refund. My credit card company has opened a dispute with the hotel, and I have submitted all my documentation with assurances from the hotel that I will receive a credit. with none given. So, my advice is, stay elsewhere. This is not a way to be treated.

Max at the front desk provided great service. He helped change rooms for my parents who couldn’t climb stairs. Every staff member is so kind. We also did cooking classes at their restaurant and Chef Alexis provided such a great experience making tortillas and salsas. The hotel is also very beautiful and there is so much attention to detail. You feel at home here.
