We arrived with great excitement and, from the moment we opened the door to the room, we knew we could not stay there. The room was dirty, the bathroom towels were yellowed, there was an unpleasant smell throughout the room, and the conditions were simply unacceptable. It was an uninhabitable room. We didn't even unpack our bags. We left immediately and returned to the lobby to request a refund. At the front desk, they told us there would be no problem and that the refund would be processed within a maximum of 30 days, since it was March 13th. Today is June 30th and I still have not received a single dollar. Since then, it has been an endless chain of excuses. I have written to the WhatsApp number they provided me, and they only give me the runaround. I have also sent emails, and the response is always the same: they provide me with phone numbers to contact, but those numbers are turned off or no one answers. Customer service is nonexistent once they have your money. What is most frustrating is not only the terrible condition of the facilities but also the complete lack of seriousness and honesty in fulfilling a refund that they themselves authorized. I truly recommend that you do not stay at this place. If you have any problems, it seems they will do everything possible to keep your money and avoid resolving it. There are many better options where they at least respect their customers. A completely disappointing experience. I would never return and I will do everything possible to make sure others know how they treat their guests.
