Terrible customer service, all bathrooms drain and you have huge pool in the room, they don't let you do anything

Many units in this older tower have fantastic views. The front units like the one I stayed in have terrific balconies, and the location of the tower is excellent. Driving is very dangerous in this part of town. I highly recommend taking a taxi or buses. Drivers don't yield at all and traffic gridlock occurs almost all the time. The elevators are a bit slow and sometimes crowded with an occasional long wait for access. Sometimes you could hop in and go up and down quickly. Tower staff is friendly and efficient. Housekeeping is excellent which is good because there is a daily fee for it which you pay for upfront upon arrival. The internet was very poor and I used my cell phone to provide myself with my wifi. The 4G signal for my Verizon phone was usually very strong. The tower has a few shops and restaurants which i didn't use much. Better deals are all around in other places but the facilities are fine. The do have a 10 Taco deal for 50 pesos which is competitive with the best deals in the area. Beers on the onsite bars are a good deal but the mixed and blended drinks were not. The main pool is a zoo with families and kids all over the place. I enjoyed the smaller children's pool in front of the South Tower which had lounges and palapas available. There was a diving platform between the pools which is excellent for the daring. Overall my stay was excellent, the view phenomenal, great food, drink, and fun things to do all around.

Stayed 2 weeks, kids love the swimming pool and private beach. The rising USD makes everything in Mexico even cheaper. The hotel is very busy with lots of Mexican tourists. Yes it is an older place but still nice, excellent value, good service from the concierge and cleaning staff.
