Be careful if you stay here, we went on a graduation trip with school friends and when we arrived, a man named Jorge helped us with my friends' suitcases and took them to our room. When he arrived he left the suitcases and told us that the air conditioning was not working, he left and returned with another check and left (we tipped him). We went to sleep and when I woke up my wallet was nowhere to be found, we literally moved everything and found nothing, we went to ask the reception and this guy Jorge if they had not seen anything and they said no. We asked for permission to see the security cameras and apart from charging us $300 to review them (because the responsible technician had to go and that charged), it took them almost an hour and a half to show us the recording and in the end a lady whose position I don't know told us "The technician can't come, but we already asked management for permission and the videos have already been downloaded." Already watching the recording you can see how I take out my wallet and take money out of it, Jorge enters and then we, me with the wallet in my hand. The lady gave a thousand and one pretexts to cover up her employee (she even accused my friend that she had been the one), they completely distanced themselves because nothing can be seen on cameras and they did not resolve anything and all this with a very arrogant attitude and in acting defensively at all times. Apart from that, the hotel is quite neglected, the rooms are dirty and quite ugly, the breakfast is terrible and the service is the worst I have seen in a hotel. The moral of all this is if you hold an event or go on vacation, it is worth investing a little more money and having a good experience, rather than staying in places like these where they only seek to make a profit and the service is of very poor quality.

we got there after a 2 weeks trip in the south of mexico, they gave us rooms at the third floor and there were no elavators and i had a baby stroller with me. there were noises from the walls ( somkind of a water pump was working all night),there was a strange smell in the rooms of the first floor (by the color of the walls i think there was a fire over there), the breakfast was eggs and bread, the pool was cold and the noise from the street was terrible. the staff is doing the best they can, but really they cant do enough.... horrible isnt the correct word, we were lucky to find somthig else, the next day.
