Playa Suites Acapulco

Attention guest with the person named Adriana very rude and high-handed thinks she owns the hotel. It's no use solving. They should put qualified people in that position. From there in what fits everything right

I have traveled thousands of times to acapulco but I never thought I would get a horrible experience in Accommodation and Service. 1. The rooms are old with no amenities, no dryer or bottles of water.... Most surprisingly, their armchairs had bed bugs. Really terrible. 2. Your internet throughout my stay never worked for me in my room or on the beach. 3. What about the elevators so small and only 2 for an entire tower. 4. They don't have enough beds for the large influx of people they have. 5. Close access to the beach at night!! What kind of head does it fit in? I had to leave the hotel so I could get in through the public. And to close with a golden clasp at check out they wanted to charge me the plastic of the room key because I lost it, but apart they wanted to charge me extra cost for leaving 40 min later... it should be mentioned that I have stayed at HS hotsson, party A. Amares. And this is the first hotel where they want to charge you for everything like their facilities are worth it. Anyway I will never go back to beach suites, terrible experience... I hope it serves you. 👍

Location is excellent . We arrived on a weekday , later and didn’t have a wait time to check in . Admit got closest to the weekend , the place got very busy. The best way to sum it up is what my 14 year old daughter said , “this place doesn’t look like the pictures “. A bit disappointing, factor that in. Space wise , great . The maids did a great job cleaning , but things were old and showing their age. Our biggest disappointment was our reservation said King and two doubles, which ended up being two doubles and a couch. Also, not mentioned in our reservation but I assumed from pics and other reviews we had a fridge (we stayed in the mini suite ) Nope, it was a blank spot covered where a fridge used to be . Kind of a big deal for us . Overall , just didn’t feel like the company wanted to lure visitors, the opposite of our experience in our following hotel in Mexico City. Kind of a “you get what you get “ feel.
