Hotel Savaro

I was walking down the street looking for an apartment when I saw this hotel restaurant "Cafe Armida" which looked nice with outside seating. I ordered the 49 peso breakfast which was pictured: two eggs, chilaquiles, beans, orange juice, coffee and 2 buns, one sweet, one savoury. Well. The waiter was TOO friendly, leaning over me and touching my shoulder while speaking to me. I had to tell him to stop doing that. The food arrived looking very sloppy, as if it had just been thrown on there, the chilaquiles were cold, the eggs greasy and the coffee cup was dirty, so I had to send it back. No sugar or milk was offered with the coffee. Really avoid this place, there are so many nice places to eat for the same price.

Affordable, friendly service, clean, and great breakfast. The internet wasn't the fastest but who's going to sit in their room for that long while in such a beautiful place? Everything you need is a short walk away. I spent 2 weeks in this hotel and I'll return as soon as I can.

The room is gloomy. One of the two beds was totally unacceptable. Poorly decorated, not like in the photos posted on website. Loud disco music on the street. Four people bursted into our room without knocking saying that this was their room. No safe. Did not feel comfortable nor secure in any way. Breakfast was stingy and not very good.
