The pool is VERY dirty. The water looks and is murky… 🤢
The quality of the alcoholic beverages is deplorable.
The quality of the food is mostly terrible.
In the restaurants, you have to eat around a thousand flies, which are feasting on the food trays where you serve yourself from the buffet.
The shower drain was clogged; the water never drained.
They allow guests to enter the pool in street clothes (t-shirts, denim, shorts, etc.).
The elevators are always dirty, full of water, and there are always flies inside. And there is no air conditioning inside.
The air conditioning has a standard temperature (27 degrees 🥵 that you cannot change), so if you are hot and want to cool your room more, or if you want to raise the temperature, you cannot do it. And if you call the front desk, they tell you that this is the temperature for the entire building.
It is NOT worth spending your money on this hotel.
