Posada Real Ixtapa

More friendly treatment from the receptionist who assisted us on August 12, 2026, around 1:30pm, she put the wristband on my son very tightly and when asked to loosen it, she rudely replied no. I consider that she should have more tact

Clean hotel, the food is very good, the staff is very friendly, the pool by the sea is beautiful, highly recommended for a quiet stay

Excellent service, good organization, first-class attention
