Tesoro Ixtapa

In room 116, we experienced a paranormal event; other than that, everything was excellent. The girl at reception is very kind, along with all the hotel staff. The food was very tasty and varied, with excellent service.

Rooms were neglected, excessive surveillance, the snack area was hidden and had terrible service, the only pool bathroom had dangerous access, and the smoking areas were appalling.
